摘要 某电厂1050MW机组发电机定子冷却水汇流管为直接接地结构,在机组开机起动过程中,屡次出现发电机定子绝缘<0.1MΩ,无法满足发电机厂家要求,影响机组起动并网,本文以国产1050MW发电机组为例,通过研究分析发电机组定子绝缘低原因,揭示影响绝缘值因素,并提出控制处置方案,有效解决问题。 The generating sets stator cooling water Combining-flow pipe of a 1050MW power plant is direct grounding structure. The insulation resistance of the stator is below 0.1MΩ frequently during the start-up of the sets, which is unable to meet the requirements of generator manufacturers, and affects the unit bring online. Taking domestic 1050MW generating sets as an example, this paper analyzes the reason of low stator insulation of generating units, reveales the factors influencing the Insulation resistance, and proposes the control and disposal scheme to effectively solve the problem.
