金桂挥发油的化学成分分析与电子轰击质谱分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的 分析陕西宝鸡地区金桂挥发油的化学组成,对其主要成分在电子轰击电离源(EI)下的质谱行为进行归属。方法 采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取金桂花瓣中的挥发性成分,以气相色谱-质谱联用法(GC-MS)对其进行检测,通过相似度比对、保留指数(RI)校准等方法鉴定其中的化学成分,结合文献分析主要成分的EI碎片裂解规律。结果 金桂挥发油产率为0.19%,从中共鉴定出91种成分,包括醇类(38.06%)、酮类(17.81%)、酯类(15.43%)等,二氢-β-紫罗兰醇、β-紫罗兰酮等4种化合物为其主要成分,并归纳了主要成分的EI质谱裂解规律。结论 金桂挥发油中的主要香气成分为醇类和酮类成分,这为金桂在香料、化妆品等领域的开发应用提供了理论依据。 Purposes-To analyze the chemical composition of the Osmanthus fragrans var. thunbergii (O.fragrans var. thunbergii) essential oil (Baoji, Shaanxi, China), and clarify the regularity of the electron-induced ionization (EI) mass spectrometry fragmentation pathways of its main components. Methods-The essential oil of O.fragrans var. thunbergii was extracted by steam distillation and detected by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). The chemical constituents in the essential oil were identified by similarity comparison and retention index (RI) calibration. The mass spectrometry cleavage pathway under EI source was analyzed in detail and its fragmentation rules were summarized. Result-The yield of the essential oil was 0.19%. A total of 91 constituents were identified, including alcohols (38.06%), ketones (17.81%) and esters (15.43%). Dihydro-β-ionol and β-ionone were the main constituents. The EI mass spectrometric pyrolysis rules of four main constituents were summarized. Conclusion-The main aroma components of the O. fragrans var. thunbergii essential oil are alcohols and ketones, which provided a theoretical basis for the development and application of Osmanthus fragrans var. thunbergii in the fields of perfumery and cosmetics.
