关中-天水经济区县域经济竞争力时空变化研究

Spatial-temporal variations of county economic competitiveness in the Guanzhong-Tianshui economic region

目的 研究关中-天水经济区县域经济竞争力的时空变化特征,以期为该区社会经济发展提供参考依据。方法 从综合经济实力、产业实力、人才竞争力和软实力4个维度,构建关中-天水经济区县域经济竞争力的评价指标体系,运用均方差权重法对2005年、2010年和2015年该经济区县域经济竞争力进行测算,采用GIS空间分析方法对县域经济竞争力的空间变化特征进行可视化表达。结果 关中-天水经济区县域经济竞争力在时间上呈现出逐步增强的趋势;在空间上存在着明显的东西部变化差异。结论 关中-天水经济区县域经济竞争力整体偏弱,驱动因素和制约因素差异明显,未来可以从各县域的产业结构、人才吸引、生态环境开发和基础设施建设等4方面制定该区域的社会经济发展对策。

Purposes-To provide a reference for the regional social and economic development by studying the spatial-temporal variations of county economic competitiveness in the Guanzhong-Tianshui economic region, China. Methods-The evaluation index system of county economic competitiveness was established with the method of mean square deviation weight from such four dimensions as comprehensive economic strength, industrial strength, talent competitiveness, and soft power in the Guanzhong-Tianshui economic region. GIS-based techniques were used to analyze the spatial variations of county economic competitiveness. Results-The county economic competitiveness of Guanzhong-Tianshui economic region shows a gradual increasing trend;there are obvious differences in the spatial-temporal scale between the eastern and western parts of the Guanzhong-Tianshui economic region. Conclusions-Overall county economic competitiveness of the Guanzhong-Tianshui economic region was weak, and there are differences in the driving and restraining factors. In the future, countermeasures for the regional social and economic development can be formulated from four aspects, that is, the industrial structure, talent attraction, ecological environment development and infrastructure construction.
