冷喷涂制备镁铝合金块体材料的组织及物相分析 被引量:1

摘要 为了制备高性能镁铝合金块体材料,采用冷喷涂技术在铝基体上制备了镁铝合金块体样品,并研究了粉末粒子的沉积行为、块体样品的宏观形貌、微观组织、物相及化学成分。结果表明,不同比例的镁铝混合粉均能实现沉积,但随着铝含量的增加,镁铝块体样品表面变得凹凸不平;镁铝块体样品中镁、铝剧烈塑性变形呈扁平状;制备的镁铝块体样品未发现相变及氧化物,内部残余压应力较弱;块材中的变形粉末未经历热影响,也未发生晶粒长大、细化等现象;与镁铝混合粉相比,镁铝块体样品中镁的质量占比明显偏高。 In order to prepare the high performance Mg-Al alloy bulk material,the cold spraying technology is used to prepare the Mg-Al alloy bulk sample on the Al matrix,and the deposition behavior of powder particles and the macroscopic morphology,microstructure,phase and element composition of bulk sample have been studied.The results show that different proportions of Mg-Al mixed powder can be deposited,but with the increase of Al content,the surface of Mg-Al bulk becomes uneven.The severe plastic deformation of Mg and Al in the sample is flat.No phase transition or oxide has been found in the samples,and the residual compressive stress is weak.Without heat treatment of deformation,there is no grain growth and refinement in the bulk sample.However,compared with Mg-Al mix powder,the mass ratio of Mg in the Mg-Al block sample is obviously higher.
