摘要
以4-溴-1,8-萘酐为原料,通过酰胺化反应和取代反应,得到萘酰亚胺荧光单体(FBA),将其与丙烯酰胺(AM)、甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵(DMC)进行自由基聚合反应,制备出萘酰亚胺荧光聚合物(PFBA)。采用红外光谱仪和核磁共振氢谱仪对产物结构进行表征,通过紫外-可见光谱和荧光光谱对产物光学性能进行分析,利用扫描电镜对其表观形貌进行表征,最后通过紫外老化试验考察了目标产物对纸张的返黄抑制效果。结果表明,经过36h的紫外老化后,与空白纸样相比,涂有FBA和PFBA的纸样分别少降低了1.19ISO%和3.64ISO%。PFBA具有良好的水溶性,且能有效抑制纸张返黄。
A naphthalimide fluorescent monomer (FBA) was synthesized successively by amidation reaction and substitution reaction using 4-bromo-1,8-naphthalic anhydride as raw material. Subsequently, a naphthalimide fluorescent polymer (PFBA) was obtained through free radical polymerization with FBA, acrylamide (AM) and methacryloyloxyethyl trimethylammonium chloride (DMC). The structure of the product was characterized by FT-IR and 1H-NMR, and its optical properties were analyzed by the ultraviolet spectra and fluorescence spectra. The morphology of the product was analyzed by SEM. The property of yellowing inhibitation on paper was analyzed by UV accelerated aging test. After UV aging for 36 h, the whiteness of paper coated with FBA and PFBA is decreased less than that of the blank paper about 1.19 ISO% and 3.64 ISO%, respectively. The results show that PFBA exhibit a good water solubility and could effectively inhibit yellowing of the paper.
