摘要
为了满足电磁屏蔽材料"厚度薄、质量轻、吸收频带宽"的发展趋势,采用原位聚合法制备了新型石墨烯-羰基铁填充氰酸酯(GNSs-CIP/CE)复合材料,通过扫描电镜和矢量网络分析对其微观结构及电磁屏蔽效能(SE)进行了研究。结果发现,GNSs质量分数为5%,CIP质量分数为10%时,复合材料在X波段(8.2~12.4GHz)表现出优异的电磁屏蔽效能(≥30dB),在11.79GHz处达到47.6dB的峰值屏蔽效能,较单一石墨烯填充型氰酸酯复合材料(CNSs/CE)的屏蔽效能增加了430%。同时GNSs-CIP/CE复合材料对电磁波的吸收占总屏蔽效能的92%左右,是一种典型的吸收型电磁屏蔽材料。
Graphene/carbonyl iron filled epoxy modified cyanate ester composites(GNSs/CIP/EP-CE) were prepared by in-situ polymerization method to meet the requirements of "thin thickness, light weight and absorption frequency bandwidth". The morphology and electromagnetic shielding effectiveness (SE) were investigated by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and vector network analysis. It is found that the prepared composites filled with 5%GNS and 10% CIP exhibit an excellent electromagnetic shielding efficiency (≥30 dB) in the whole X-band (8.2~12.4 GHz). The maximum peak value of 47.6 dB is obtained at 11.79 GHz, almost 430% increment of the cyanate ester composite filled with single graphene fillers(CNSs/CE). In addition, the contribution of absorption to the total EMI SE for GNSs-CIP/CE composites reaches 92%, which indicates that the prepared composite is a typical absorption type electromagnetic shielding material.
