摘要
改革开放40年来,特别是2009年以来,我国商业银行个人理财业务快速发展,但还存在理财产品缺乏个性化、市场定位缺乏细分、内部控制不完善等突出问题。造成这些问题的原因,既有人们理财观念不强的因素,也有我国金融环境不优的因素;既有银行金融创新不足的因素,也有理财专业人才匮乏的因素。对此,商业银行必须对个人理财业务的重大价值和发展趋势提高认识,着力强化理财产品的创新并给予其合理的市场定位,形成错位竞争。另外,还需培养专业团队,提高人员素质,完善监管体系,以加强风险管控。
Since the Policy of Reform and Opening-up was implemented 40 years ago, especially since 2009, personal finance service of commercial banks in China has seen rapid expansion, but some problems are remaining to be solved such as financing products with less individuality, market positioning with less segmentation, imperfect inner control, etc. The reasons which resulted in these problems are as following: weak financing consciousness, imperfect domestic financial environment, less innovative finance service and lacking financing professionals. Thus, commercial banks in China must strengthen their consciousness of great value and developing trend of personal finance service, take efforts to push forward innovation of financing products and make reasonable market positioning, for stagger competition. Besides, it is necessary to train professional teams, promote their qualities, and perfect the monitoring system so as to strengthen risk control.
