民营经济政企沟通协调机制满意度的影响因素及政策优化——基于Z市300家民营企业的调查

An Empirical Study on the Factors Affecting the Satisfaction of Government-Enterprise Communication and Coordination Mechanism in Private Economy and Its Optimization--Based on the Investigation of 300 Private Enterprises in Z City

民营经济的健康发展,与政企沟通协调机制的优化息息相关。基于2018年对Z市300家民营企业的问卷调查,利用因子分析与有序多分类logistic回归对民营企业政企沟通协调机制的满意度及影响因素进行实证研究。研究发现:企业主性别与民营企业所在行业在政企沟通协调机制的总体满意度上无显著差异。教育程度、政治面貌、企业规模、经营年限等企业主与企业特征变量对总体满意度有显著影响。影响政企沟通协调机制的满意度的因素为协调服务因子、权益保护因子、降费引才因子、民企用地因子。文章定量分析各个因素的影响效应,并提出了个针对性的政策优化建议。

The healthy development of the private economy is closely related to the optimization of the government-enterprise communication and coordination mechanism (GECCM).The paper designs the index system and uses factor analysis and ordinal logistic regression to empirically study the satisfaction and influencing factors of the of private enterprises based on the questionnaire survey of 300 private enterprises in Z City in 2018. The study found that the two variables of business owner gender and industry have no significant impact on the overall satisfaction of the GECCM while variables such as education, political outlook, firm size, and years of business have a significant impact on overall satisfaction. The factors affecting the satisfaction of the GECCM are coordination service factors, equity protection factors, cost-reduction factors, and land factors. The paper quantitatively analyzes the impact of various factors and proposes targeted policy recommendations.
