With the development of economy and society and the improvement of residents' living standards, smartphones have become an indispensable part of life. However, with the popularity of smartphones, the rapid development of smartphones has brought many conveniences to people, and it has inevitably brought about some ethical problems. For this, the article analyzes the ethical issues in the application of smartphone communication. It requires us to see these outstanding problems from the perspective of dialectical development and emphasizes that by clarifying the "goodness" of technology to establish a correct view of moral behavior and consciousness, to promote the integration of R&D subjects and the self-discipline of management subjects, and to exert the role of government supervision and control. The ethical issues are explained in detail.
