项目可行性研究机制与“一带一路”项目风险防范

On Project Feasibility Study Mechanism and "The Belt and Road" Risk Prevention

为了更好地推进“一带一路”建设,提高我国企业“走出去”的投资成功率以及更好地防范项目风险,探索一套真正适合“一带一路“投资项目的可行性研究机制刻不容缓。通过对“一带一路”沿线国家投资失败的案例分析,以及对企业因缺乏审慎性决策导致投资项目失败深层次的原因剖析,通过完善项目可行性研究机制来防范“一带一路”项目投资风险。

There is an urgent need for exploration of feasibility study systems that suit the concept of "The Belt and Road" investment project, which aims at promoting the "The Belt and Road" construction better, increasing domestic enterprises' investment success rate of "Go Out" policy and preventing project risk strongly. This paper analyses those failure cases of the border countries along the "The Belt and Road". Moreover, the underlying reasons for the failure investment project caused by lack of prudent decision-making have been discussed as well. In addition, by combining the features of investment project and the risk of the border countries along "The Belt and Road", there is an establishment of feasibility study mechanism which designed to prevent the "The Belt and Road " project risk.
