摘要
用热致相分离法制备乙烯三氟氯乙烯共聚物(ECTFE)膜,对ECTFE、聚醚砜(PES)、聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)膜材料盐水精制的性能进行比较。对ECTFE膜进行亲水改性,进一步表征改性前后ECTFE膜盐水精制性能,并对过滤过程中的膜污染行为进行分析。结果表明:当盐水精制运行180h以内时,ECTFE膜在盐水精制工艺中有更好的分离性能和选择性;当ECTFE膜平均孔径为210nm时,膜的渗透通量最大,截留效果好,亲水改性也有利于提高ECTFE膜在盐水过滤工艺中的抗污染性能。
Poly(ethylene chlorotrifluoroethylene)(ECTFE) membranes were prepared by thermally induced phase separation (TIPS). The performance of ECTFE membranes were compared with polyether sulfone (PES) membranes and polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) membranes in the brine refining process. The hydrophilic modification of ECTFE membranes were carried out, and the properties of the original membranes and modified membranes in the brine refining process were characterized with the analysis of the membrane fouling behavior in the filtration process. Results showed that ECTFE membrane had good separation performance and selectivity in the application of brine refining during 180 h. When the average pore size of ECTFE membrane was 210 nm, the membrane had the highest permeation flux. Hydrophilic modification improved the membrane antifouling performance in the application for brine refining.
