盐冻融循环作用下改性丙烯酸树脂对混凝土防护性能的试验研究

摘要 对涂抹改性丙烯酸树脂及环氧树脂的普通混凝土试件进行盐冻融循环试验,通过观察试件的外观和测定试件的Cl-侵蚀深度、Cl-含量,比较分析改性丙烯酸树脂和环氧树脂对混凝土试件的防护性能。试验结果表明:涂抹改性丙烯酸树脂的试件较涂抹环氧树脂的试件Cl-侵蚀慢,破坏也较晚,表明改性丙烯酸树脂较环氧树脂对混凝土起到了更好的防护作用;此外,改性丙烯酸树脂可低温快速固化,更适用于氯盐侵蚀和冻融循环双重作用下混凝土的防护。 The freeze thaw cycle test of ordinary concrete samples with modified methyl methacrylate (MMA) and epoxy resin was carried out. The protective performance of modified MMA and epoxy resin were analyzed by observing and measuring the appearance of the specimen and the chloride ion erosion depth and chloride ion content. The experimental results showed that the specimens smeared with modified MMA had slower chloride ion erosion rate than those smeared with epoxy resin, and the former were damaged later than the latter, which indicated that the modified MMA resin had a better protective performance for concrete than epoxy resin. Furthermore, the modified MMA resin had the characteristics of rapid curing at low temperature, which was more suitable for the protection of concrete under the dual effects of chloride salt erosion and freeze thaw cycles.
