使用紫外分光光度法测定阳离子淀粉的标准曲线,并对纸中淀粉含量的测量方法进行测量系统评价,包括测量系统的偏倚、重复性及再现性,从而了解测量系统的波动源,并验证系统测量是否可用于日常检测。

Determination of cationic starch standard curve by UV spectrophotometry was studied. And we analyzed and evaluated the measurement system analysis of paper products starch content test, including the bias, repeatability and reproducibility are all meet the ask of routine testing.
