竹类烘干设备节能措施的研究

摘要 福建竹子品种资源十分丰富,全省现有竹类19个属近200种.毛竹是福建省分布最广、面积最大、经济价值最高的竹种.近年来,各类竹制品越来越受欢迎,而在竹制品的生产加工过程中,烘干是其中至关重要的一道工序,直接影响了产品的品质.烘干的主要设备是蒸汽炉,输入的能量有燃料中的化学能、电能、高温烟气的热能等形式,而经过锅炉转换,向外输出具有一定热能的蒸汽、高温水或有机热载体.因此,提高烘干设备的烘干效率,促进节能减排显得尤为重要,本文通过改良烘干设备,可提高生产效率、节约能源. Fujian is rich in bamboo variety resources. There are 19 genera and nearly 200 species of bamboo in Fujian Province.Phyllostachys pubescens is the most widely distributed,largest area and highest economic value bamboo species in Fujian Province.In recent years,all kinds of bamboo products are becoming more and more popular. In the production and processing of bamboo products,drying is one of the most important processes,which directly affects the quality of products. The main equipment for drying is the steam furnace. The energy input includes chemical energy,electric energy and heat energy of high temperature flue gas in the fuel. After boiler conversion,steam,high temperature water or organic heat carrier with certain heat energy is exported. Therefore,it is particularly important to improve the drying efficiency of drying equipment and promote energy saving and emission reduction. Improvement of drying equipment can greatly improve production efficiency and save energy.
