农产品物流追溯系统研究综述与展望

Review and Prospect of Agricultural Products Logistics Trace-ability System

农产品质量安全问题与国计民生密不可分,而物流追溯技术应用则是农产品质量安全监管工作顺利开展的基础。文章对国内外文献进行梳理,分析认为,国外学者对农产品可追溯性的研究大致可归纳为追溯理论体系建立、追溯体系经济价值和信息支撑技术应用三个方面。我国学者对农产品物流追溯系统的研究也取得了一定的成果,主要在可追溯体系制度研究、可追溯系统研发和追溯系统标识技术应用三个方面。同时文章指出当前农产品物流追溯系统在可视化、标签碰撞问题、编码机制问题等研究方向上仍需改进和提高。

The quality and safety of agricultural products was closely related to the national economy and the people's livelihood, and the application of logistics trace-ability technology was the foundation of the development of agricultural product quality and safety supervision. In this paper, the domestic and foreign literatures were analyzed, foreign scholars had made some achievements, they were establishing trace-ability system, the economic value and application of information technology. The researches of agricultural products logistics trace-ability system in our country were mainly in three aspects: institution of trace-ability, system re-search and development, application of identification technology application. At the same time, this paper pointed out that the trace-ability system of agricultural products logistics still needed to be improved in the aspects of visualization, tag collision, coding mechanism and so on.
