基于广义估计方程的停车场地选择行为分析

摘要 随着社会经济的发展,家庭汽车保有量在快速增长,人们的出行也越发频繁,出行的增加带来了停车难的问题,停车问题成为了城市交通管理的主要问题之一。由于城市的空间资源有限使得停车位较少,停车费用昂贵。很多出行车辆在搜索停车位时花费了不必要的时间和能量。为了应对停车难的问题,文章通过研究停车场地的选择因素,对停车场地的选址及建设提出一定的建议。数据收集使用的是意向调查方法,设置9种假设情景,并基于广义估计方程进行建模,通过SPSS软件对数据进行分析。 With the development of social economy, people's travel has become more frequent. The number of family cars is growing rapidly. The increase in travel is caused by the difficulty of parking. The parking problem has become one of the major problems in urban traffic management because of the limited space resources of the city and the high cost of parking. Due to the limited parking space, many vehicles on the road should spend unnecessary time and energy when searching for parking. In order to cope with these restrictions, we can make some suggestions on the construction and location of the parking lot by studying the selection factors of the parking lot. The data collected in this study used intentional survey, set 9 hypothetical scenarios, and modeled based on generalized estimating equations, and analyzed the data through SPSS software.
