摘要
近年来,国内外危化品道路运输发生事故的频率不断上升,事故带来的生命安全和财产损失巨大。文章通过对危化品道路运输特点的分析,从驾驶员、危化品、装载工具、车辆、环境、管理六个方面分析危化品道路运输安全影响因素,据此提出有针对性的风险控制措施,以达到保障危化品道路运输风险防范目的,让危化品运输行业又好又快发展。
In recent years, the frequency of accidents involv-ing road transportation of hazardous chemicals at home and abroad has been rising, and the loss of life safety caused by accidents is huge. Based on the analysis of the characteristics of road transportation of hazardous chemicals and the charac-teristics of accidents, this paper analyzes the factors affecting the safety of road transport of hazardous chemicals from six aspects: driver, hazardous chemicals, loading tools, vehicles, environment and management. Sexual risk control measures to achieve the purpose of safeguarding the risk of road transport of hazardous chemicals, so that the hazardous chemicals transport industry develops well and fast.
