摘要
天津港是我国北方重要的综合性港口和对外贸易口岸,同时也是中蒙俄物流通道的重要节点。利用区位、政策、对外贸易等优势打造中蒙俄物流通道的桥头堡是天津港面临的重要机遇和挑战之一。文章根据中蒙俄物流通道的战略价值和天津港的发展现状,对天津港打造中蒙俄物流通道桥头堡的可行性进行分析。通过天津港在中蒙俄物流通道运行中的现状,提出天津港面临着港口吞吐量增长缓慢、多式联运存在瓶颈和京津冀港口群未形成合力三大挑战,并结合天津港的实际情况提出了拓展港口货源、重点发展海铁联运、建设智慧型港口的对策建议。
Tianjin port is an important comprehensive port and foreign trade port in northern China. It is also an important node of China-Mongolia-Russia logistics channel. Taking ad-vantage of location, policy, and foreign trade to build a bridgehead for China -Mongolian -Russia logistics channel is one of the important opportunities and challenges facing Tian-jin port. Based on the strategic value of China-Mongolia-Rus-sia logistics channel and the development status of Tianjin port, this essay analyzes the feasibility of Tianjin port to build a bridgehead for China -Mongolian -Russia logistics channel. Through the current situation of Tianjin port in the operation of China-Mongolia-Russia logistics channel, it is proposed that Tianjin port faces the slow growth of port throughput, the bot-tleneck of multimodal transport and the lack of synergy between Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei port group. Combined with the actual situation of Tianjin port, the essay puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for expanding port supply, focusing on the development of sea -rail combined transport and building smart ports.
