文章结合“互联网+”进程中有益新生事物的萌芽、生长、转型、成熟和繁衍五个阶段发展过程,从坚持“四大原则”、优化“四大渠道”、构建“四大平台”、落实“五大保障”等方面入手,制定出“互联网+”进程中政府吸纳促进有益新生事物发展的宏观对策,以确保有益新生事物发展的方向性、有序性、稳定性及持续性,实现“互联网+”进程中政府吸纳促进有益新生事物健康长远的发展。
