Empirical Study on Risk Identification and Control in Agricultural Supply Chain

农业作为国民经济发展的基础,历来为政府和社会所高度重视。在全面调研基础上,从供应链外部、内部及运作机制三方面深入分析了当前农产品供应链存在的各类风险,构建出农产品供应链风险三级指标评价体系。以此为起点,运用层次分析法与模糊综合评判法对农产品供应链风险进行定量评估,并根据结果针对性提出了信息风险、物流风险、生产风险等高风险控制策略,助力农产品供应链的稳定运转。

As the basis of national economic development, agriculture has always been highly valued by the government and soci-ety. On the basis of comprehensive investigation, this paper deeply analyzed the various risks existing in the operation of agricul-tural supply chain from three aspects: the external, internal and operational mechanism of the supply chain, and constructed a three-level index evaluation system for the risk of agricultural supply chain. On this basis, the risk of agricultural product supply chain is quantitatively assessed by analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. Based on the results, the risk control strategies of information risk, logistics risk and production risk are put forward to help the healthy development of agricultural product supply chain.
