摘要
近年来快递业高速发展,快递业务量和快递业从业人员数量迅速增长,同时其问题也很快暴露出来。旺季时期出现快递员“过劳死”的现象,而在淡季时期,又出现大量人员闲置,浪费企业资源的现象。利用员工从原始劳动力到为顾客直接服务的正式员工的全过程与生产供应链之间的相似性,将精益思想运用到快递业的人力资源供应链管理过程中,以期帮助快递业更加合理的充分利用资源、减少浪费、不断改善,获得更好的发展。
In recent years, the express delivery industry has developed at a high speed, and the number of express deliv-ery business and the number of employees in the express delivery industry has increased rapidly, at the same time, the problems are quickly exposed. During the peak season, the phenomenon that the courier“overworked”appeared, but in the off-season, there were a lot of people idle and wasting corporate resources. Using the similarities between the entire process of the employee from the original workforce to the formal employee who serves the customer directly and the production supply chain, and applies lean thinking to the management process of the human resources supply chain of the express delivery industry, in order to help the express delivery industry to make more rational and full use of resources, reduce waste, improve and achieve better develop-ment.
