基于灰色关联分析法的弹性供应链供应商选择

Supplier Selection in Resilient Supply Chains Based on Grey Relational Analysis Approach

供应商选择是供应链管理的一项重要内容,供应商是现代供应链不可避免的风险来源。在供应链失效风险环境下,供应商的选择必须考虑弹性因素。从主要绩效指标、响应能力、风险防御能力、技术支持和可持续管理五个方面构建弹性供应链供应商评价指标体系,在比较弹性供应商选择方法的基础上,提出采用灰色关联分析法评价选择弹性供应商。

Supplier selection is one of the main contents of supply chain management. Suppliers can be considered as inevitable sources of external risks in modern supply chains. In the context of supply chain disruption, resilience needs to be considered in supplier selection. Attributes considered for the selection of suppliers in a resilient supply chain include primary performance fac-tors, supplier's responsiveness, supplier's risk reduction, supplier's technical support and supplier's sustainability. Based on the comparison of supplier selection methods, grey relational analysis is proposed to evaluate and select resilient suppliers.
