A Brief History on the Development in Basic Education of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps

新疆生产建设兵团的基础教育在解决驻疆解放军子女受教育的现实需求下应运而生,先于兵团的创建而兴办。新中国成立至今70年来,兵团基础教育经历了初创时期(1950—1954)、蓬勃发展时期(1955—1965)、挫折时期(1966—1981)、恢复发展时期(1982—2000)和内涵式发展时期(2001至今)五个发展阶段。该文通过对相关史志、档案资料进行梳理与分析,探讨兵团基础教育不同时期的发展状况、特点及经验,为探索兵团特色教育改革与发展道路提供借鉴。

In the process of exploring the modern basic education system featuring the characteristics of XPCC, it is necessary to clarify the trajectory of the development of XPCC basic education and take history as a mirror. This paper sorts out and summarizes the five historical development stages of the XPCC basic education:the initial period(1950-1954),the vigorous development period(1955-1965),the tortuous period (1966-1981),the renewable and development period(1982-2000),and the connotative development period (2001-present). By sorting out and analyzing the relevant historical records and archives, this paper finds out the characteristics and experiences of basic education in different periods in terms of education scale, teachers, curriculum and teaching, and provides a reference for exploring the reform and development path of characteristic education in the Corps.
