摘要
由于冲压自动化在家电和汽车行业的广泛应用,传统的人工上料方式生产效率低、人工成本高,出错率高,已逐渐被智能化的上料装置所取代,本次设计中,该装置由输送系统、料仓机构、对中系统和机体等部分组成,操作人员只需将码垛好的料片通过叉车放置在料仓机构上,就能实现料片自动送料,大大节约了劳动成本,也提高了生产效率。
Due to the wide application of stamping automation in the home appliance and automobile industries, the traditional manual feeding method has characteristics of low production efficiency, high labor cost and high error rate, which has been gradually replaced by intelligent loading device. In this design, the device consists of the conveying system, the silo mechanism, the alignment system and the body. The operator only needs to place the palletized material on the silo mechanism through the forklift to realize automatic feeding of the material, which greatly saves labor cost and increases production efficiency.
