摘要
利用Inventor机械设计软件的有限元分析模块对转向鞍座“C型臂”结构进行静强度和静刚度分析,并根据受力分析结果对“C型臂”结构进行优化设计,经过优化设计后的结构重新利用Inventor机械设计软件建模并求解,最终得到优化后的达到生产实际使用要求的结构静强度和静刚度。使用计算机辅助设计开发新产品,降低了新产品开发的周期和风险。
The static strength and static stiffness of the "C-arm" structure of the steering saddle has been analyzed by use of the finite element analysis module of Inventor mechanical design software. The "C-arm" structure has been optimally designed according to the force analysis results. The designed structure has been re-modelled and solved by use of Inventor mechanical design software, and finally the optimized static and static stiffness of the structure to meet the actual production requirements have been obtained. The computer -aided design has been adopted to develop new products and the cycle and risk of new product development have been reduced.
