摘要
受多种因素的影响,高校继续教育在发展过程中缺失了职业性,不能满足学员的需求,其发展陷入后续乏力的困境,高校继续教育职业化转型的诉求日趋强烈。社会对高等职业继续教育的强烈需求、高校教育资源的储备和经验的积累、发达国家的实践经验为高校继续教育的职业化转向奠定了基础。高校继续教育的职业化转向可通过重塑理念、打造职业继续教育的共享式服务平台、建立有效机制、优化外部环境等路径实现。
Influenced by many factors, continuing education in universities lost the professionalism in the process of development, and it is difficult to meet the needs of adult students. Its development falls into the dilemma of follow-up weakness. The demand of professionalization transformation of continuing education in universities is becoming increasingly strong. The strong demand of the society for higher vocational continuing education, the reserve of higher vocational education resources and the accumulation of experience, and the practical experience of developed countries have laid the foundation for professionalization transformation of continuing education in colleges and universities. The professionalization of continuing education in universities can be realized by reshaping the concept, building a shared service platform for continuing education, establishing an effective mechanism and optimizing the external environment.
