摘要
在经济新常态下,农村劳动力职业转换对职业教育发展提出更高的要求。通过探讨农村劳动力职业转换的本质、特征及动力机制,进一步分析新常态下职业教育促进农村劳动力职业转换的困境,即农村劳动力职业转换意愿不强、农村劳动力职业专业技能缺失、职业教育师资队伍匮乏、农村劳动力职业综合素养偏低等,并从观念先行、目标导向、素质涵育、师资配置四方面提出相应的策略,以期能够为相关理论、实证研究提供借鉴与参考。
Under the new economic normal, the rural labor career transition puts higher demands on the development of vocational education. By discussing the nature, characteristics and dynamic mechanism of the rural labor career transition, this paper further analyzes the dilemma of vocational education to promote the rural labor career transition under the new normal: the rural labor force’s willingness to switch career is not strong;the rural labor professional skills are lacking;the vocational education teacher team is lacking;the comprehensive literacy of rural labor is low. The corresponding strategies are proposed from the aspects of concept first, goal orientation, quality cultivation and teacher allocation, in order to provide reference and reference for relevant theoretical and empirical research.
