摘要 核心素养的研究最早在发达国家盛行,我国相关研究起步较晚,且重点关注普通教育。不同于普通教育,职业教育的核心素养关注胜任职业所需的必备能力和职业素养所需的关键品格。伴随着知识经济时代的到来,具有普遍迁移性、广泛适应性的核心素养与社会需求更加匹配。培育职业教育学生的核心素养,需构建核心素养的完整体系,建立相应的学业质量评价标准,完善核心素养匹配的课程设计,开发核心素养养成的教学模式。 The study of key competencies was prevalent in developed countries before, while relevant research in China started late, and China’s key competencies focus on general education. Different from general education, the key competencies of vocational education focus on the essential qualities required for a professional career and the key character required for professional accomplishment. With the advent of the era of knowledge economy, the key competencies with universal migration and wide adaptability are more closely matched with social needs. To cultivate the key competencies of vocational education students, it is necessary to build a complete system of key competencies, establish corresponding evaluation criteria of academic quality, improve the curriculum design matching with key competencies, and develop the teaching model of key competencies.
