京津冀协同发展背景下河北省高职院校发展路径研究

Research on the Development Path of Higher Vocational Colleges of Hebei Province in the Context of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Coordinated Development

京津冀协同发展战略为河北省高职院校发展带来了难得的机遇和挑战,作为高等教育的重要组成部分,河北省高职院校为地区经济发展做出了贡献。从河北省高职院校的纵向发展来看,存在着办学底子薄、专业重复多、布局不合理、合作程度浅等困境。在与京、津地区横向比较中,又存在着生师比高、优质院校资源少、办学资源匮乏等问题。在京津冀协同发展背景下,一方面,政府要加大对高职教育的投入力度,制定相应的政策措施鼓励校企合作办学;另一方面,河北省高职院校应利用政策优势,整合区域教育资源,突出院校特色,提高办学质量,加强校企合作,扩充院校功能,走出一条可持续发展的路径。

The Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei coordinated development strategy has brought rare opportunities and challenges to the development of Hebei higher vocational colleges. As an important part of higher education, Hebei higher vocational colleges have made moderate contributions to regional economic development. It exists development dilemmas such as thin foundation, redundant professionalism, unreasonable layout and shallow cooperation from the vertical development of higher vocational colleges in Hebei Province. What’s more, in the horizontal comparison with the Beijing and Tianjin regions, these colleges also have problems such as high student-teacher ratio, low-quality colleges and lack of resources for operating. In the context of the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, on the one hand, the government should increase investment in higher vocational education and establish corresponding policies and measures to encourage school-enterprise cooperation. On the other hand, higher vocational colleges of Hebei Province should use policy advantages to integrate regional educational resources, highlight the characteristics of themselves, improve the quality of education, strengthen school-enterprise cooperation, expand the functions of colleges these, and embark on a sustainable development path of higher vocational colleges.
