A Study of Bai Juyi’s Salary Poems

受儒家传统影响,文人仕子多言义轻利。而中唐时期的白居易却将俸禄钱财直言不讳地记录于诗歌之中。白居易一生大致经历了因俸而仕、由俸复仕到最后依俸中隐的三个发展阶段,俸禄对于白居易具有重要意义。同时,也正是因为摆脱不了俸禄带来的世俗享受,白居易隐于城市生活间的中隐自然不同于陶潜的田园之隐和王维的山水之隐。

Influenced by Confucian tradition,scholars and officials speak more righteousness than benefit.Bai Juyi in the middle Tang Dynasty recorded salaries and money in his poems.Bai Juyi has experienced three stages in his life,namely,the official position due to his salary,the official position being restored to the official position by his salary and the hidden position in his salary.The salary is of great significance to Bai Juyi.At the same time,because of the secular enjoyment brought by salary,Bai Juyi's seclusion in urban life is naturally different from Tao Qian's seclusion in the countryside and Wang Wei's seclusion in the mountains and rivers.
