摘要
休止角是反映颗粒物料内部摩擦、流动性的重要参数,由于生物质燃料压缩过程中物料的流动性与颗粒间的摩擦特性难以直接测量,因此对自然状态下颗粒休止角的研究具有重要意义。应用离散元软件 EDEM 创建了盒子旋转模型,对玉米秸秆与沙柳颗粒进行了不同形状、粒径、级配下休止角的研究分析;并进行了相关试验验证,得出了其变化规律与具体取值。与传统测量方式相比,该方法降低了系统误差,结果更加可靠,可为今后相关材料的参数标定、颗粒物料的堆放等工程应用提供方法借鉴和理论参考。
The angle of repose is an important index reflecting the internal friction and fluidity of the granular material. It is difficult to directly measure the fluidity of the material during the compression process of the biomass fuel and the friction between the particles. Therefore it is of great significance to study the angle of repose of the particles in the natural state. The box rotation model was created by using discrete element software EDEM. The re search on the shape particle size and gradation of the angle of repose of corn stalk and salix granules was carried out and the experimental results were verified. The specific value was compared with the traditional measurement method the system error was reduced and the result was more reliable. The resuts show that it can provide refer ence and theoretical reference for engineering applications such as parameter calibration of related materials and stacking of granular materials.
