摘要 开展结构强度试验中活动翼面随动加载技术研究,对于提高试验精度、确保试验顺利完成具有重要意义。活动翼面在偏转过程中载荷大小和方向不断变化,为满足试验加载要求,提出了一种全新的随动加载技术;然后设计了模拟试验验证了新方法的可行性、有效性和实用性;最后以某型号扰流板操纵灵活性验证试验为研究对象,采用全新的加载方法,顺利完成了试验,表明了该加载方法满足试验要求。研究结果具有一定的工程应用价值,并在多类重点型号试验中得到了应用。 Dynamic loading method research of active wing surface in structural strength test is of great significance to improve the accuracy and guarantee the quality of the test. The size and direction of the load in the moving airfoil are constantly changing during the deflection process. To meet the test loading requirements,a new follow-up loading technique was proposed. A verification test was designed to certify the feasibility,validity and practicability of the new method. And this method was successfully adopted in a type of spoiler flexibility verification test,the result met the requirement of engineering test. The new technology is already applied in several type tests and proved that it has certain engineering application value.
