上肢骨折患者微创下内固定术治疗效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Minimally Invasive Internal Fixation in Patients with Upper Limb Fracture

目的探究在上肢骨折患者治疗中,微创下内固定术的应用价值。方法选取于郑州市骨科医院接受治疗的82例上肢骨折患者(就诊时间为2017年12月—2018年9月)为观察目标,按照入院先后顺序将其随机分为参照组和实验组,每组各41例,其中,参照组进行常规钢板固定治疗,试验组进行微创下内固定术治疗,对两组治疗效果予以评价。结果参照组术中出血量显著多于试验组,手术时间、伤口愈合时间、生活能力恢复时间均显著长于试验组,差异有统计意义(P<0.05);参照组总有效率(73.17%)显著低于试验组(92.68%),组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在上肢骨折患者治疗中,微创下内固定术的应用突出,可显著缩短患者手术时间,有利于其术后伤口的愈合,具有临床推广意义。

Objective To explore the value of minimally invasive internal fixation in the treatment of upper limb fracture. Methods 82 patients with upper limb fracture received treatment in the hospital from December,2017 to September,2018 were ran? domly divided into two groups,with 41 cases in each group according to the order of admission. The treatment group were treated with minimally invasive internal fixation,and the control group were treated with conventional plate fixation. Treatment efficiency of two groups was compared. Results After treatment,the amount of intraoperative bleeding in the control group was significantly higher than that in the treatment group. The operative time,wound healing time and recovery time of life ability were significantly higher in the control group than in the treatment group(P <0.05). The total effective rate of the control group(73.17%)was significantly lower than that of the treatment group(92.68%),and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P <0.05). Conclusion In the treatment of upper limb fracture,the application of minimally invasive internal fixation is prominent,which can significantly shorten the operation time of the patients. it is beneficial to the wound healing after operation,and has clinical significance.
