彩超在乳腺疾病筛查中的应用价值

Application Value of Color Doppler Ultrasound in Breast Disease Screening

目的探讨在乳腺疾病筛查中,彩超的临床价值。方法选取于中国人民解放军第三七一医院体检中心进行健康体检的女性(共107例)为观察目标,对其实施彩超影像检查,对彩超诊断为乳腺疾病的患者采取手术病理学检查,对彩超诊断效果予以评价。结果手术病理学良性病变、恶性病变检出率为23.08%、13.08%,彩超检查良性病变、恶性病变检出率为23.36%、14.95%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);与手术病理学结果对比,彩超检查准确率、误诊、漏诊差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在乳腺疾病筛查中,彩超在良性、恶性病变上具有良好诊断效果,临床推广价值高。

Objective To explore the clinical value of color Doppler ultrasound in breast disease screening. Methods 107 wom? en(107 cases)who underwent health examination in Physical Examination Center were examined by color ultrasound image,and the patients diagnosed by color Doppler ultrasound were examined by surgical pathology,and the diagnostic effect of color Doppler ultrasound was evaluated. Results The positive rates of benign pathological lesions were 23.08% and 13.08%,respectively. The detection rates of malignant lesions were 23.36% and 14.95%,respectively(P >0.05),and the positive rates of benign lesions were 23.36% and 14.95% respectively. There was no significant difference between the two groups(P >0.05). Compared with the results of surgical pathology,there was no significant difference in accuracy,misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis(P >0.05). Conclusion In the screening of breast diseases,color Doppler ultrasound has good diagnostic effect on benign and malignant lesions,and has high clinical value.
