IL-4、IFN-γ在特发性肺纤维化患者血清中的检测及分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨白细胞介素(IL-4)、干扰素(IFN-γ)在特发性肺纤维化患者血清中的水平情况及临床意义。方法采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附试验法对35例特发性肺纤维化患者治疗前与治疗后有效组(23例)和无效组(12例)外周血血清中的IL-4、IFN-γ水平表达情况进行检测及分析。结果观察组患者的IFN-γ水平与对照组相比有明显降低(P<0.05);而观察组血清中IL-4水平与对照组相比则显著升高(P<0.05);与治疗前比较,有效组治疗后IL-4水平降低(P<0.05),但仍高于对照组(P<0.05);有效组治疗后的IFN-γ水平与治疗前比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);无效组治疗后IL-4因子水平与治疗前比较有显著升高(P<0.05),与对照组做比较(P<0.05);与无效组治疗前相比,治疗后IFN-γ因子水平明显降低(P<0.05),低于对照组(P<0.05);而有效组与无效组治疗后的IL-4、IFN-γ因子水平相比,差异均有统计学意义。结论特发性肺纤维化患者病情变化与患者血清中的IL-4、IFN-γ含量水平有关,可作为辅助诊断特发性肺纤维化患者病情进展的有效指标。 Objective To investigate the level and clinical significance of IL-4 and IFN-γ in serum of patients with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis. Methods IL-4 and IFN-γ in peripheral blood serum of 35 patients with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis before and after treatment were studied by double antibody sandwich enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(Elisa). The expression of IL-4 and IFN-γ was detected and analyzed. Results Compared with the control group,the level of IFN-γ in the observation group was signifi cantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),while the serum IL-4 level in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). Before treatment,the level of IL-4 in the effective group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),but was still higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). The level of IFN-γ in the effective group after treatment was not significantly different from that before treatment(P>0.05),but there was significant difference in the control group(P <0.05). The level of IL-4 in the ineffective group was significantly higher than that before treatment(P<0.05). And compared with that in the control group(P<0.05),the level of IFN-γ factor after treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment in the ineffective group(P<0.05),and lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). The levels of IL-4 and IFN-γ in the effective group were significantly higher than those in the ineffective group. There was statistically significant difference. Conclusion The level of IL- 4 and IFN-γ in patients with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis is related with the level of serum IL-4 and IFN-γ,and can be used as an effective indicator for the diagnosis of disease progression in patients with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis.
