连续护理模式在萎缩性阴道炎护理中的应用

Application of Continuous Nursing Mode in Nursing Care of Atrophic Vaginitis

目的探析在萎缩性阴道炎护理中连续护理模式的应用效果。方法在解放军第九八八医院开封院区于2017年4月—2018年4月期间收治的所有萎缩性阴道炎患者中选出82例作为研究对象,依据护理方式不同将患者分组,将常规护理的患者作为对照组(41例),连续护理模式的患者作为观察组(41例)。对两组护理后复发现象与护理满意度进行记录。结果护理后10d与30d,观察组复发率(4.88%,9.76%)均低于对照组(29.27%,41.46%)。同时,总满意度观察组(97.56%)较对照组(65.85%)高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论予以萎缩性阴道炎患者连续性护理,可有效预防治疗后病情复发,值得在临床应用。

Objective To explore the application effect of continuous nursing mode in atrophic vaginitis. Methods 82 patients with atrophic vaginitis admitted to the hospital from April,2017 to April,2018 were selected as subjects. 41 patients with routine nursing were selected as control group,and 41 patients with continuous nursing mode as observation group. The recurrence phenomenon and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were recorded. Results The recurrence rate of the observation group(4.88% and 9.76%)was lower than that of the control group(29.27%,41.46%)10 days and 30 days after nursing. At the same time,the observation group(97.56%)was higher than the control group(65.85%),and there was significant difference between the two groups(P< 0.05). Conclusion Continuous nursing care for patients with atrophic vaginitis can effectively prevent recurrence after treatment. It is worth applying in clinic in the future.
