探讨胃癌手术患者术后采用优质护理对其心理状态及生活质量的应用价值

Application Value of High Quality Nursing on Psychological State and Quality of Life of Patients with Gastric Cancer After Operation

目的探讨胃癌手术患者术后采用优质护理对其心理状态及生活质量的影响。方法通过对2016年1月—2018年6月在南方科技大学医院手术治疗的62例胃癌患者随机分为实验组和对照组,对照组患者给予常规护理,实验组患者应用优质护理,观察比较两组患者焦虑、抑郁评分、生活质量评分和并发症发生率差异。结果治疗后实验组焦虑自评量表(SAS)得分为(45.61±3.64)分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)得分为(40.53±4.55)分,明显低于对照组,应用生活质量测定量表(QOL-BREF)得分为(95.39±7.16)分,显著高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组不良反应发生率3.23%较对照组明显下降(P<0.05)。结论针对胃癌手术患者应用优质护理可有效缓解不良情绪,提高生活质量,降低并发症发生率,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of high quality nursing on psychological state and quality of life of patients with gas? tric cancer after operation. Methods 62 patients with gastric cancer treated in the hospital from January,2016 to June,2018 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group received routine nursing,and the experimental group received quality nursing. The anxiety,depression scores,quality of life scores and incidence of complications between the two groups were observed and compared. Results After treatment,SAS(45.61±3.64)points and SDS(40.53±4.55)points in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and QOL-BREF(95.39±7.16)points were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 3.23%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group(P <0.05). Conclusion The application of high quality nursing care for patients with gastric cancer surgery can effectively alleviate bad mood,improve the quality of life,and reduce the incidence of complications. So it is worth popularizing.
