腹腔镜手术治疗直肠癌的研究现状及进展

Research Status and Progress of Laparoscopic Surgery for Rectal Cancer

直肠癌在消化系统癌症中发病率较高,该病治疗手段有手术、放射、化疗、中药辅助治疗等,其中,手术是众多治疗方式的首选。随着腹腔镜技术的不断成熟,采用腹腔镜手术治疗直肠癌的疗效、安全性得到临床广泛认可,众多研究表明,应用腹腔镜手术方式治疗直肠癌,腹腔镜手术短期疗效较开腹手术更优,且二者长期疗效比较差异不大。随着腹腔镜手术在临床的推广应用,该项术式将被全面推广运用。本文主要探讨腹腔镜手术治疗直肠癌的研究现状及进展。

The incidence of rectal cancer in digestive system cancer is high. The treatment methods include surgery,radiothera? py, chemotherapy and Chinese medicine adjuvant therapy, among which, surgery is the first choice of many treatment methods. With the development of laparoscopic technology,the efficacy and safety of laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of rectal cancer has been widely recognized. Many studies show that laparoscopic surgery is used to treat rectal cancer. The short-term effect of laparoscopic surgery is better than that of open surgery,and there is no significant difference between them in long-term effect. With the clinical application of laparoscopic surgery,this procedure will be fully popularized. The article mainly discusses research status and progress of direct laparoscopicsurgery of colorectal cancer.
