高职学生出国(境)学习意愿影响因素分析——以嘉兴职业技术学院为例

Analysis on Factors Influencing Students’ Willingness of Studying Abroad in Vocational College——Take Jiaxing Vocational and Technical College as Example

学生出国(境)交流交换作为实现高校国际化的重要途径之一,受到越来越多学校的重视。为了解哪些因素会影响高职学生出国(境)意愿,并对其出国(境)学习行为产生影响,以嘉兴职业技术学院4400名学生为研究对象,设计了学生出国境意愿因素的调查问卷。通过对数据的相关性分析、因子分析和回归分析,解析高职学生出国(境)意愿,归纳出与学生个人、家庭、就读学校和外方学校相关的九大影响因素,并提出相应的建议。为学校了解学生需求,搜寻合适的交换生项目,进一步开展交流交换生工作提供参考。

Nowadays, more and more colleges pay attention to sending exchange students to study aboard, as one of the important ways to realize the internationalization, what factors will affect the willingness of students in vocational college to go abroad and influence their study behavior remains to be further studied.In order to investigate the influencing factors of our students' willingness to study abroad and promote their study abroad,this study, with a vocational college of 4400 students in Jiaxing vocational technical college as objects, designs a questionnaire on factors related to local students' willingness to exchange abroad.Through correlation analysis, factor analysis and regression analysis of data results, this study shows the characteristics of students' willingness, and summarizes and analyzes nine factors which influence students' willingness, including the aspects of personal, family, local school and foreign school.It puts forward the corresponding suggestion for the school decision-making.This study provides an effective reference for vocational colleges in Jiaxing to understand students, search appropriate project and further carry out the work of sending exchange students abroad.
