玉米秸秆成型颗粒热解炭抗压强度和收缩特性实验 被引量:1

摘要 文章在300~800℃的热解温度下制备了玉米秸秆成型颗粒热解炭,并分析了这些热解炭的抗压强度和收缩特性。分析结果表明:当热解温度为300~700℃时,热解炭的径向和轴向收缩率均随着热解温度的升高而增大;同一热解温度下,径向收缩率均大于轴向收缩率,径向收缩率从12.3%增大到24.2%,轴向收缩率从9.1%增大到18.4%;当热解温度升高到800℃时,热解炭的径向和轴向收缩率均略有回降;当热解温度为300~600℃时,热解炭的抗压强度约为1 MPa,当热解温度为600~800℃时,热解炭的抗压强度约为2 MPa;热解炭的径向抗压强度略大于轴向抗压强度。 In this paper, the compressive strength and shrinkage characteristics of char pyrolyzed from corn-stover-pellet in the temperatures scope of 300~800 ℃ were investigated experimentally.Results showed that: Shrinkage of char increased with the increase of temperature at 300~700 ℃,radial shrinkage of char was slightly higher than the axial value, and they increased from 12.3%and 9.1% to 24.2% and 18.4% when the temperature changed from 300 to 700 ℃, then decreased slightly at 800 ℃;Compressive strength of char was about 1 MPa, varied little in the temperatures scope of 300~600 ℃, but it increased to about 2 MPa when the temperature reached 800 ℃;In addition, its radial compressive strength was slightly higher than the axial value.
