温州移风易俗改革的实践与探索

Practice and Exploration on Reform of Custom in Wenzhou

移风易俗改革是乡村文明建设的一项重要内容,是新时代社会文明建设的重要社会工程。温州深入推进移风易俗改革,取得了显著成效。移风易俗改革的“温州样本”带来的启示,在于民众不堪陋俗重负的社会心理成熟,政府适时发挥社会治理功能,民间力量(社会力量)参与并发挥重要作用。因此,为深入推进温州移风易俗改革,应进一步从经济、社会、信仰三方面讨论并数字化整理温州社会需“移”和“易”的陋俗恶俗,发挥社团、群团组织参与社会治理的功能,完善移风易俗改革与公共文化服务体系建设相融合的工作机制。

Reform of custom is an important part of non-material construction in rural areas,and a significant social project in the new era. Wenzhou has made great achievements in deepening the reform. The success of “Wenzhou case” is made possible by the public awareness of undesirable custom,proper governmental administration on social governance and active participation of folk and social sectors. Efforts should be made in respect of economic,social and religious factors to digitalize documents on “removal” and “transform” of undesirable custom,bring to play the participation of associations and groups in social governance and strengthen the working mechanism of combining reform of custom with public cultural service system.
