高职教学计划制订与执行过程中的现实缺失与路径优化 被引量:2

摘要 高职人才培养是一项系统工程,教学计划是组织教学的基本蓝图,在当今缺少国家层面专业标准的背景下一直由各校自主制订、自行实施,目前所出现的源头性缺失、监管性失位已严重影响人才培养整体成效的提升。基于10多年教学监控实践与研究,从制订与执行两个层面系统分析高职院校的现实缺失,并从提高站位、整合资源、优化流程和实施监控四个方面进行问题破解,旨在为高职教学计划的制订与执行开辟新路径,提供新思维。 Talent cultivation is a coherent process,while teaching plan is the basic blueprint in teaching organization. In the lack of a nation-wide specialized standard,each college plans and implements talent cultivation on its own. Currently,the fundamental deficiency and lack of supervision have greatly hindered the overall improvement of talent cultivation. Based on the practice and research on teaching monitoring for over a decade,practical defects in the planning and implementing are systematically studied,presenting a solution in perspectives of raising awareness, integrating sources,optimizing procedure and monitoring progress,in the purpose of finding a new way and providing new ideas for the planning and implementing of teaching at vocational colleges.
