小齿轮件齿轮冷挤压成形工艺及缺陷

摘要 为提高齿轮的成形质量,降低试模成本,对小齿轮件齿轮成形工艺进行分析,并依据其齿轮结构特点,提出两种冷挤压成形工艺方案。利用DEFORM-3D有限元模拟软件对成形工艺方案进行数值模拟,比较分析小齿轮件齿轮在冷挤压成形过程中出现塌角与充不满缺陷的情况。模拟结果显示,方案2齿轮所有齿形均不存在塌角缺陷,基本符合理想情况,最大成形载荷也远远小于所选设备吨位,不会导致设备损坏,且没有影响齿轮的成形质量。综合考虑,方案2为最优成形工艺方案,对小齿轮件齿轮的生产具有实际指导意义。 In order to improve the forming quality of spur gears and reduce the cost of molds,the spur gear part of pinions is taken as the research object,and the structural characteristics of the spur gear part of the pinion part are analyzed to put forward two cold extrusion forming process solutions for pinions. Based on DEFORM-3D modeling, the forming schemes were numerically simulated,and the effect of spur gear part of pinions on the collapse angle and filling defects during cold extrusion forming were compared. The simulation results show that there is no collapse angle defect in all the tooth profiles of spur gears in scheme No.2,which basically meets the ideal situation. The maximum forming load is far less than the tonnage of the selected equipment,which will not cause equipment damage,and does not affect the forming quality of the spur gear. It is determined that scheme No.2 is the optimal forming scheme,and the research results have guiding significance for actual production of spur gear part of pinions.
