贝复新凝胶联合肿痛安胶囊治疗口腔溃疡的疗效观察

Clinical observation of BFG gel combined with zhongtongan capsules in treatment of oral ulceration

目的:观察贝复新凝胶联合肿痛安胶囊治疗口腔溃疡的临床效果。方法:选择2017年1月-2018年6月口腔科就诊的口腔溃疡患者152例,随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组给予贝复新凝胶涂抹,每天3次,疗程7d;观察组在对照组的基础上口服肿痛安胶囊,每次2粒,每天3次,疗程7d。评价和比较两组患者血清炎症因子水平、免疫功能指标、溃疡疼痛评分、总有效率、溃疡复发率和药物安全性。结果:治疗后,两组患者血清炎症因子肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)-α、白细胞介素(IL-2)、I-4水平均显著降低,两组免疫功能指标CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+均上升,CD8+显著下降,两组患者溃疡疼痛评分明显下降,与治疗前相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗后观察组各项指标显著优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗结束10d后,观察组和对照患者总有效率分别为97.37%、88.16%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);随访3个月,对照组和观察组的溃疡复发率分别为28.95%、10.53%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组药物安全性比较,差异无统计学意义。结论:贝复新凝胶联合肿痛安胶囊治疗口腔溃疡具有较好的临床疗效,能够降低炎性因子水平,提高患者免疫功能指标,降低复发率。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of BFG gel combined with zhongtongan capsules in treatment of oral ulceration.Methods:All 152 cases of patients with oral ulceration were selected in hospital stomatology from January 2017 to June 2018.The cases were randomly divided into control group and observe group.Cases in control group were instructed to take smear BFG gel,three times daily,the course of treatment were 7 day.Cases in the observe group were po administered with zhongtongan capsules on the basis of the control group,2 grains/time,three times daily,the course of treatment were 7 day.After treatment,the inflammatory factors levels,immunologic function index,pain score of ulceration,the clinical efficacy,ulceration recurrence rates and drug safety of two group was evaluated and compared.Results:After treatment,tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),Interleukin-2(IL-2),IL-4 levels of the inflammatory factors were significantly decreased in two groups,CD3 +,CD4 +,CD4 +/CD8 + levels of immunologic function index were significantly increased and CD8 + levels were significantly decreased,pain score of ulceration were significantly decreased in two groups,there were statistical significance than prior treatment( P <0.05),and various indexes in the observe group were better than those in the control group( P <0.05).After ten days of treatment,the clinical efficacy in the observe and control groups was 97.37% and 88.16%,respectively,and there were differences between two groups( P <0.05).After three months follow-up visit,the ulceration recurrence rate in the control and observe groups was 28.95% and 10.53%,respectively,and there were differences between two groups( P <0.05),the drug safety of two group were no significance differences.Conclusion:BFG gel combined with zhongtongan capsules has significant clinical effect in treatment of oral ulceration,can decrease the levels of inflammatory factors,can increase immunologic function index and can decrease the recurrence rate.
