三甲医院档案管理现状及改革探索

The present situation of file management in sanjia hospital and its reform exploration

目的:在公立医院改革背景下,解决三甲医院档案管理能力与水平不能满足三甲医院发展需要的问题。方法:文献分析法。结果:从档案管理信息化、档案管理方式和档案管理人员培训三方面提出了三甲医院提高档案管理质量的改革路径。结论:各三甲医院唯有抓住发展时机,完善档案管理,形成强大的经验库和智慧库,才能使档案管理工作为医院发展发挥应有的作用。

Objective:To solve the problem that the file management ability and level of Sanjia Hospital can not meet the development needs of Sanjia Hospital under the background of public hospital reform.Methods:The literature analysis method.Results:From three aspects of file management informatization,file management method and file management personnel training,the author put forward the reform path of improving file management quality in Sanjia Hospital.Conclusion:only by seizing the opportunity of development,improving the management of archives and forming a strong experience and wisdom bank can the archives management work play its due role for the development of hospitals.
