维生素D在COPD患者呼吸道免疫系统中的作用研究

摘要 近年来随着环境污染的加重,慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)发生率越来越高。维生素D作为一种类固醇激素,在肺部被活化而发挥作用;在固有免疫反应中,维生素D可作用于单核-巨噬细胞,增强宿主防御功能,通过调节免疫功能的方式改善COPD患者肺功能。
