摘要
本文作为一篇管理哲学论文,对现代管理学作了批判性反思,认为现代管理学还是一门不成熟的科学,它存在着把特殊管理理论当作普遍管理理论的思想缺陷,至今尚未形成普适性的管理概念,其现有的管理概念是基于社会生活过程管理观,这种管理观在后现代管理哲学看来是片面的。后现代管理哲学的全面管理观要求把个人生活过程与社会生活过程统一起来,把它们看作人的生活过程相互差异协同的两个方面,这样人的生活过程所需要的管理应当被本质地理解为协同个人生活过程与社会生活过程的活动。
By reviewing the development of modern management, this paper figures out the ideological defects of modern management, which mistakenly treats special management theory as universal management theory. The concept of management in modern management is based on social life, which is one-sided from the perspective of post-modern management philosophy. Instead, based on the comprehensive conception of management, individuals’ personal life and social life should be integrated to a degree which two aspects of individual life, which are both opposite and unitary, complement each other. By so doing, the management of human life should be understood as the coordination of people’s personal life and social life.
