影响微生物检验质量的因素及管理措施分析

Analysis of the Factors Affecting the Quality of Microbiological Inspection and the Management Measures

目的探究影响微生物检验质量的因素及管理措施。方法将2016年5月—2017年5月该院检验科收治的实行常规微生物检验57例受检者划分为对照组,将2017年6月—2018年6月该院检验科收治的实行质量管理微生物检验57例受检者划分为观察组;对比两组的检验差错发生率及检验质量评分。结果对比统计结果发现,对照组检验差错率为25.00%与观察组3.85%相比二者差异较为明显,两组数据具备统计学意义(P<0.05);对比统计结果发现,对照组检验质量评分与观察组相比二者差异较为明显,两组数据具备统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微生物检验质量影响因素较为复杂,涉及操作技能、样本处理及检验方案等,客观上要求医院不断健全质量管理体系,积极组织检验人员岗位培训,规范样本处理流程,以达到全面消除影响因素的目标。

Objective To explore the factors affecting the quality of microbial testing and management measures. Methods From May 2016 to May 2017, 57 cases of routine microbial testing in our laboratory were selected as the control group, and 57 cases of quality management microbial testing in our laboratory from June 2017 to June 2018 were selected as the observation group.The incidence of test errors and test quality scores of the two groups were compared to facilitate a comprehensive analysis of risk factors. Results The results showed that the error rate of the control group was 25.00% and that of the observation group was 3.85%. There was significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). The results showed that the quality score of the control group was significantly different from that of the observation group, and the data of the two groups had statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion The factors affecting the quality of microbial testing are complex, involving operational skills, sample processing and testing programs. It objectively requires hospitals to constantly improve the quality management system, actively organize on-the-job training of inspectors, and standardize the sample processing process so as to achieve the goal of eliminating the influencing factors in an all-round way.
