耳鼻喉科院内感染发生的危险因素及其管理对策

Risk Factors and Management Strategies of Nosocomial Infection in Otolaryngology

目的分析耳鼻喉科院内感染发生的危险因素和管理措施。方法对该院耳鼻喉科自2012年8月—2018年10月收治的760例住院患者的临床数据和相关资料进行回顾性分析,首先对760例耳鼻喉科住院患者发生院内感染的状况、发生院内感染部位的分布状况进行统计;最后对比是否发生院内感染的研究组及对比组的共计760例住院患者的基础资料方面的差异,比如患者年龄、患者性别以及患者住院时间和季节等。结果此次研究中发生院内感染的20例划分为研究的耳鼻喉科住院患者,发生院内感染概率、年龄平均值、住院时间平均值、夏季住院患者感染率、预防应用抗菌药物患者感染率等均优于对比组(P<0.05),有显著的统计学差异。结论在耳鼻喉科中接受治疗的住院患者,其发生院内感染状况有着多个方面的原因,要想免除或降低发生院内感染的概率,必须有针对性极强的管理对策。

Objective To analyze the risk factors and management measures of nosocomial infection in otolaryngology. Methods The clinical data and related data of 760 inpatients admitted to the otolaryngology of our hospital from August 2012 to October 2018 were retrospectively analyzed. The incidence of nosocomial infections and the distribution of nosocomial infections in 760 inpatients with ENT were statistically analyzed. Finally, the differences in basic data of 760 inpatients between the study group and the comparison group with nosocomial infection were compared, such as the patient's age, gender, and hospitalization time and season. Results Twenty patients with nosocomial infections in this study were enrolled in the otolaryngology hospitalized patients. Compared with the comparison group, the probability of in-hospital infection, the mean age, the average length of hospital stay, the infection rate of hospitalized patients in summer, and the infection rate of patients with antibiotics in the stutdy group were better(P<0.05). There was a statistically significant difference. Conclusion Inpatients who are treated in the otolaryngology department have multiple causes of nosocomial infections. In order to eliminate or reduce the probability of nosocomial infection, it is necessary to have highly targeted management strategies.
