摘要
目的探讨精细化管理在心内科护理管理中的临床价值。方法随机将该院2017年8月—2018年8月收治的94例心内科患者为两组,每组47例。对照组行常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上行精细化管理。比较两组护理效果。结果①观察组不良事件发生率(2.13%)明显低于对照组(17.03%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);②观察组护理满意度(95.74%)显著优于对照组(74.47%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论精细化管理在心内科护理管理中效果理想,有效提高了科室的护理质量,保障了患者的身体健康,改善了患者的护理满意度,值得推广。
Objective To explore the clinical value of refined management in cardiology nursing management. Methods A total of 94 patients with cardiology admitted to our hospital from August 2017 to August 2018 were enrolled. They were divided into two groups, with 47 patients in each group. The control group received routine care, and the observation group underwent fine management on the basis of the control group. The effects of the two groups were compared. Results 1.The incidence of adverse events in the observation group (2.13%) was significantly lower than that in the control group(17.03%), and the difference was ststistically significant(P<0.05). 2.The nursing satisfaction of the observation group (95.74%) was significantly better than that of the control group(74.47%), the difference was ststistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Fine management is effective in the management of cardiology, which can effectively improve the quality of care in the department, ensure the health of patients and improve the satisfaction of patients. It is worth promoting.
